Rewari

Rewari is well connected by road and railway. Rewari was the first town in North India west of Delhi to be connected to a railway line. Delhi-Rewari metre gauge line was the first railway line in North India west of Delhi. Now the gauge of the track is broad gauge. You can board a train to Rewari from Delhi, Delhi Sarai Rohilla or Delhi Cantonment stations in Delhi. It takes a little less than two hours to travel the distance of 82 km from Delhi junction to Rewari junction. For travel to Rewari by road, take NH8 Delhi-Jaipur national highway from Delhi Dhaula Kuan or Rao Tula Rao Marg crossing and turn right at the Sahibi river bridge just after Dharuhera.The nearest airport is Delhi airport, about 60 km away on NH8. The domestic terminal of the airport is connected to Bombay by about 20 flights every day and to other cities in India. The international terminal of the airport is connected to almost all Asian countries, Middle East, major European countries, USA and Canada and some countries in Africa and Latin America.
